Workout Challenge- Day 1/5 Arm Workout at home
Today is the first day of a 5 day workout challenge! I challenge you to take 20 minutes for the next 5 days and come workout with me. I have paired together some of my favorite 5 minute workouts to create quick routines to help you when you are short on time. You will need a pair of dumbbells and 15 minutes to perform todays workout.

Circuit 1- Warm Up
Circuit 2- Arms with Dumbbells
