Russia unleashed a full-scale international criminal warfare, and therefore all the hopes that this would not affect Russia itself are defiantly naive. The risk of a disaster at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant while it is controlled by the Russians occupants, remains high. The presence of explosives at the NPP is against safety standards IAEA, and the launch of the 4th power unit in the hot shutdown mode is a frank manifestation of nuclear blackmail. The second meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council was held at the request of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
