The restaurant has responded, explaining their decision. In a statement to The Post, the hotel expressed respect for Williams and apologized for not accommodating her due to the lack of a reservation. They noted that on August 5, the rooftop bar was fully booked, and the only available tables were at the already-reserved gourmet restaurant, L’Oiseau Blanc.
