Santa Cruz Beef Tallow is an incredibly versatile cooking fat. It is very stable and has a high smoke point of around 400 degrees (F). We believe our Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Beef Tallow to one of the most delicious and nutritious cooking oils in existence. Our tallow is also rich in fat-soluble, bio-available vitamins A, D, E, K, and B1. It is also filtered so it does NOT have a very beefy smell at all and makes an amazing moisturizer.
