Does it work for all scented oils?

No, it only promised to work for distill essential oil. It doesn’t work for most scented / fragrance oils, like scented oil for candle/ soap making, herbal infused oils, base oil diluted essential oil, cold-pressed/ CO2 extra oils.

What to refill for this oil diffuser?

Either (1) undiluted distilled essential oil, (2) distilled essential oil and water in 50/50, (3) other fragrance oil for plugins.

What’s the difference of Polarized plug and Non-polarized plug?

Polarized plug has a bigger left prong and fits outlet with bigger left slot. Non-polarized plug has paralleled prongs which universal fit both new outlets with a bigger slot and old outlets with paralleled slots.

It works well at first. There’s oil left but not more scent come out after a few days.

It’s because most of the left oil is heavy oil, you can smell it but cann’t diffuse it (same thing in a traditional mist diffuser). In fact of aromatherapy, it’s no good to health to diffuse and breathe in those heavy oil.

Use tips need your attention

Air flow helps greatly in diffusing scents. Better plug it near door when using in a windowless room.Humidity & dust & smoke reduce scent intensity significantly, in rainy days, etc.Oil smells less strong when it’s used in a odorous room because some oil (lemon oil etc.) will react with odor .Oil leaks / Doesn’t work is probably wrong oil is used (undiffusable carrier oil included , etc.).Run out fast can be solved by blending fast, medium and slow pace oil.Wick unraveling / fall apart easier in oil & water mixture, which still functions but cause trouble in adding oil. It stays well in pure essential oils. Order new wick from us if needed.Nose blind happens in a non-stop use. Please plug it off for some hours and plug it on again.Wick burned? If essential oils with natural color (e.g. Citris) is used, there will left color on the wick, get oxidized by heat, and smudge like burned. Most the color can be cleaned by dish soap,while burned stain cannot.

Oil Warmer Diffuser – Heats to about 152℉(67°C) and disperse scented oil evaporating at this temperature, including (1）pure distilled essential oils, (2) water-base essential oil (which can be diffused by a tealight candle oil burner), (3) other plugin oil refills in the market. NOTED: cold-press essential oil, essential oil blend with base oil (e.g. coconut, Jojoba, grapeseed), cooking oil, massage oil, fragrace oil for candle and soak making, are too heavy to be diffused.
Strong & Natural Scent – Proper heat will not damage plants’ essence (proven it work great on thermosensitive citrus oils). Compared to a mist oil diffuser, you not only save troubles of adding water and cleaning, but also get stronger aroma in wider range. TIPS: light essential oils (e.g. pepermint, lemon) may run very fast, you can add water to slow them.
