The most expensive home in California just sold. It was an off market deal, Jay-Z and Beyonce paid $200,000,000 for this mega mansion in Malibu. The 30,000 square foot home was designed by award winning architect Tadao Ando in collaboration with WHY architects, and it took over 10 years to build. There have been several homes sold in California for over $100 million in recent years, but this one takes the trophy for most expensive.
