Homeless Veteran Clyde Palmer is resting in a local public park when he is approached by a police officer. The cop questions Clyde, then demands he leaves the premises. Then, after the officer takes exception to a comment, Clyde is placed in handcuffs. As the officer tries to detain him, Clyde is thrown from his wheelchair. As the altercation intensifies, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene, giving the homeless veteran a chance for justice.
