Let’s make our booties poppin’ with HIIT exercises! This dumbbell HIIT routine is perfect for both men and women who are looking to grow their booties at home.

I am using dumbbells in this routine, but this is totally optional, so if you are a beginner in fitness, feel free to try it without them, and add the weights progressively as you get used to the routine.
