Barbell chest fly utilizing a lat tower ✅
I got a request for this one yesterday so here it is.
Here’s what you need: 1 barbell, 4 pulley wheels, 4 soft loop straps, 2 pairs of barbell clamps, paracord or polyester accessory cord, handles, a few carabiners, and of course a rack with a lat tower. Set up only takes a minute or two after everything is initially set up/measured/cut etc.
