A brand new company is about to start production of factory built homes in a 65,000 square foot facility in Arizona. Right now I’ve noticed a stampede of new talent entering the offsite construction space attempting to make improvements to the current state of housing, add Zennihome to that list. Zennihome was founded by the same guy who started the in flight catalog company Skymall in 1989, former Arizona State Senator Bob Worsley. Zennihome will start production with two home models ranging in size from 320 square feet to 640 square feet that will be delivered to a customers address in under 6 months from time of order. Right now there is a huge housing shortage so I think the more manufactured, modular and prefab companies we have building new homes the better.
