This book is amazing! Sometimes if we change how we say things, it makes a huge difference! Phil gives us new ways to say things and phrase questions to communicate, which will provide better results. Like he says, “The Magic Words for Influence and Impact.” This is an easy book to read, but you will want to read it more than once. There is a lot to soak up.
