This 5000 Steps Speed Walking Workout at Home is one of my favourite ways to get moving when you want a proper fat burn walk without jumping, running, or stressing your joints. I created this workout so you can stay consistent, feel good, and get results with a simple but effective walking exercise for fat burn – all from home.
In just 30 minutes, you’ll complete a full 5000 steps workout, which is roughly a 2 mile walk at home, while staying in the fat burn zone.
