Headphones are Required to get the full effectiveness of Binaural sounds. Don’t listen at an excessively loud level because hearing damage could occur. These frequencies are composed with two individual 40 Hertz Binaural tones that are infused with a single 40 hertz tone. This is an experimental Gamma Waves sound combined with visual stimulation to enhance and stimulate the brain providing a Digital/Visual Buzz.
