I used to suffer from regular migraines in my teens. There’s probably no worse pain I’ve experienced ????
Thankfully, my migraines left me as I grew older but my heart goes out to anyone suffering from migraine or headache pain on a regular basis.
For this reason I gathered everything I could learn about healing this terrible affliction and packed it into one ultra-healing sound bath.

???? I created a unique, deeply soothing singing bowl composition but I also found that binaural delta beats of 160Hz can provide headache relief so I created my own and used that as a constant base layer throughout the sound bath.

It’s my sincerest hope that this sound bath takes away your pain and brings you peace.
