Pregnancy Leg Workout (Target The Booty and Upper Thighs)// At Home WORKOUT| LISA HART
Hi and welcome to this pregnancy safe Lower Body workout that is low impact, but still challenging. This leg workout aims to target the booty and upper thighs with six separate exercises that are repeated in three circuits. This pregnancy leg workout is aimed towards beginner exercisers but works for anyone along their prenatal fitness journey.
This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
