When I was a young kid my Grandpa taught me a quick way to start a survival fire even when everything is soaking wet. I have watched bushcraft and survival people show many ways to build a fire. Using flint, ferrous rods, etc to get a fire started. These are all great tools to have and to know how to use them. But if I was in a real survival situation and needed to get a fire started quickly, I would much rather have the tool I am going to show you.
