Put this feline on the no-fly list.

A flight from Khartoum, Sudan, to Qatar was forced to return to its departure point after a loose cat attacked the pilot shortly after takeoff.

The Doha-bound Boeing 737 had been in the air for around 30 minutes when the hairy hijacker suddenly appeared in the cockpit and began to throw a hissy fit, Al Sudani news reported.

It remains unclear how the purr-turbed passenger got onto the plane, but it’s suspected that it had snuck aboard while the jet was in the hangar overnight for cleaning.

Needless to say, the cantankerous kitty was not pleased and proceeded to accost the Sudanese pilot. When attempts to restrain the “aggressive” critter failed, the crew was forced to make an emergency landing.

This “sky maul” isn’t the first time an animal stowaway has caused a ruckus on a plane. A scorpion made headlines in 2019 after stinging a passenger on a United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Atlanta.
