-BANDED SQUATS 4X12 this will be the warm up Do not round your back, and protect your knees
-Side Kick backs 3×12
-Straight leg kick backs 3×12
-Crab walks 3×12
-Banded Squats 3×12
-Side Kicks 3×12
-Sprints then straight to Squat Jumps
Super set these 3 times
Also, Drink your protein in between 45 Minutes after your workout
