5 MINUTE STATUE HIIT WORKOUT [Leg Strengthen & Stretching at home workout, No Equipment, No Repeat]
If we want to avoid muscle memory and plateauing in our training, it’s important to challenge the body with different stresses.
Today we are doing a 5 minute no stop workout using only isometric exercises. We will work for 30 seconds through 10 different exercises and hold each one statically. Repeat one more time if you have it in you, or check out the other workout I have linked at the end of this one!
